MFE was delighted to be an Associate Partner at the recent Affordable Housing Summit held in Mumbai on the 8th October.

Our Indian operation MD, Mr. Ketan Shah, addressed the meeting explaining the benefits of MFE/Mivan formwork for the social housing sector, reducing time of construction, high quality of concrete finish and reducing construction costs. MFE has supplied several large scale social housing projects in various states throughout India in recent times and we were delighted with the positive response we received, especially from Maharashtra’s Housing Minster Prakash Metha.

The Honourable Housing Minister Mr. Metha went on to announce at the summit, that the state government were going to provide 23 Lakh (230,000) housing units over the next 2 years in Maharashtra to overcome the present housing shortage within the state.
